What is the cost of shipping?

 Within Australia Parcel Post Flat rate $10.60

 Within Australia Express Flat rate $15.95

New Zealand Parcel Post Flat Rate $15

New Zealand Express Post $20

 What is your shipping Method?

All domestic and international orders are shipped via Australia Post

All items are sent with tracking

 When do I receive my order?

We normally ship your orders on the same day or the next day at the latest, providing you order before 10am.
Orders are dispatched from our Brisbane Warehouse Monday - Friday.

Orders should arrive at their new homes between 3-7 days depending on your location in Australia. 

Overseas customers - Postal times will vary around the world. We can only estimate between 4-25 days depending on your location.  We can use DHL express for an extra fee, please contact us at hello@talesofthesun.com.au

 What if I use an incorrect address?

All parcels are sent with tracking so we can follow your parcel but please note that unfortunately, Tales of The Sun can not be responsible for lost or missing parcels if an incorrect address is provided.

Please note it is your responsibility to ensure you are home when your delivery arrives or to pick up the parcel from the post office. We will not be held responsible if your parcel goes missing. We will not be held liable and do not offer refunds for late parcels or missing parcels. If a parcel is returned to us, you will have to pay the additional delivery fee, refunds will not be accepted.
